AWESOME Festival Excursions
Sample Educators’ Resource Kits available to download at the bottom of this page.
Each AWESOME Festival excursion includes an ‘Educator’s Resource Kit’, created by Western Australian Teachers and Arts professionals. The kit includes pre and post Festival activities that address curriculum outcomes at varying levels of difficulty.

The AWESOME Festival – 19-28 November 2010
The AWESOME International Arts Festival for Bright Young Things is run every November in the Perth CBD. The works presented are created by professional local, national and international artists. AWESOME offers the following school excursion packages, which can be tailored to your school’s areas of interest.
Do a Tour – $5/student
Students are taken on a guided tour of the AWESOME Festival and receive a fun pack including a program, a pen, and an AWESOME carry bag.
See a Show – $12.50/student
Students attend a theatre or dance piece.
Do a Workshop – $15/student
Students participate in a workshop run by a professional artist, this content is linked in with a Festival project.
Do it All – $20/student
Students do a guided tour, see a theatre show, do a workshop and receive a fun pack.
