AWESOME@Trinity is a new community development partnership between AWESOME Arts and LWP Property Group. Trinity is a brand new master-planned community in Perth’s north-west coastal corridor, located between Joondalup and Yanchep. This new development is setting a new benchmark for quality sustainable planning and design.

Trinity has been carefully planned as a place for people. A market environment in the centre of each village will create a community focal point from a blend of age-old tradition with contemporary urban life. AWESOME will be providing an integrated program of arts activities including sculpture, filmmaking, photography, voice/sound, visual arts and performing arts.

The AWESOME@Trinity partnership aims to chart new ways of thinking about arts development and community empowerment and encourages homeowners to take stewardship of their community. This unique approach to community art aspires to build social networks and instil a sense of place for residents in a rapidly growing new development.

All projects will be developed using LWP’s concept of creating healthy and sustainable communities, with an emphasis on conservation and the natural ecology of the area.
