Romeo & Juliet
Tiny Ninja Theatre
New York, USA 17–23 Nov The Blue Room
If you’ve never seen Classical theatre performed by tiny plastic ninja figurines from vending machines don’t miss Tiny Ninja Theatre presents Romeo and Juliet.
This extraordinary performance tells the tale of Shakespeare’s star-crossed lovers, hosting an all-plastic cast including aliens, robots, Mr. and Mrs. Smile and of course, a lot of ninjas. Puppet-master, narrator and Director, Dov Weinstein gives each figurine a unique character and voice as the action takes place on a simple yet effective set of everyday items including an ironing board and white cake boxes.
