Step into Experimenta Playground, an interactive digital media playground that invites you to touch, watch, listen to and experience the unique and inventive artworks of 30 Australian and international artists.

Playfulness and imagination will bring this exhibition to life as you interact with multi-media installations, interactive artworks and short films. Step into a virtual ocean where your shadows prompt schools of fish to scatter, jellyfish to glow and puffer-fish to swell or watch your own shadow take on monstrous features as it grows scales, teeth, eyes and horns.

In enjoyable and sometimes surprising ways, the artists examine the role of play in social behavior, the creation of identity and our creativity.
