Project Manager
Lex joins team AWESOME with excitement and pleasure, and a passion for Community Cultural Development (CCD), contemporary arts, and collaborating with children and young people. He has experience working in diverse communities as an artist, facilitator and administrator. Lex’s recent employment is predominantly as a CCD practitioner for DADAA Inc, Propel Youth Arts WA, and various local government agencies.
At AWESOME, Lex will be working closely with the newly emerging communities of The Glades, Ellenbrook and Trinity, to devise creative ways for residents to be active in their communities.
Lex’s alter ego, Captain Pla_knit_, loves to crochet crazy and colourful yarn bombs which are installed around Perth – watch out!
